Going out with friends usually involves dinner and drinks. We all have fallen victim being a bit naughty with our calorie intake, but now a days, it's trickier to decrypt what's beneficial to your health. Food we thought was harmless are questionable toward the betterment of our health.

The high percentages of saturated fat in our daily doses of poultry, beef, pork, and some cooking oils aid in the increasing numbers of the overweight and obese population. Here are some simple adjustments you can make to your daily eating habits that can have a large impact:
1.Control your indulging
Avoid eating the entire restaurant portions, and save half for later.
2. Avoid these drinks (Super caffeinated energy drinks, alcohol, juices, soft drinks and sports drinks should be avoided)
Some of these drinks contain empty calories that are not welcoming to certain body types.
3. Limit the grease
Avoid greasy, fried and fattening foods. (And, limit your starches while you’re at it. These include breads, chips,and potatoes).
4. Stay away from dangerous desserts
Fight the sugar urge. Stay clear of calorie-aiding desserts for 14 days straight! If you want to see amazing results, you don’t need these calories, sugars and chemicals keeping you from reaching your goals.
